Brad brings over 20 years of expertise in underground and open-cut operations across various minerals, including Coal, Anthracite, Gold, and Manganese. He has formidable experience in both greenfield operations and in turn around projects across multiple operations.

Senior Site Executive (SSE)
Adam is an experienced mining executive with over 20 years in the industry, efficiently managing international mining assets. Adam’s expertise spans base metals, coal, and gold, in both brownfield and greenfield open pit and underground operations.

Steve Curtis, our Underground Mine Manager, has extensive experience managing Bord and Pillar mines. With a long career in various roles within the mining industry, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Mammoth Underground team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Karl Barndale
Production Manager
Karl brings over 20 years of experience in underground coal mining. He has played a key role in notable projects, including the TBM drifts and establishing the first coal for both development and the longwall at major underground operations, while also having managed Bord and Pillar across multiple operations.

Maddison Sedgman, our Commercial Manager, is an experienced leader in the resources sector. He began his career in financial audit with PwC advising a diverse range of organisations within the resources industry, including the world’s largest coal port, the Port of Newcastle.
